One of our forms is no longer sending auto replies to the person submitting the form. We have many forms being used and so far this is the only one with this problem, the submissions were being sent until about a week ago. I have cleared the cache but still nothing.
Any suggestions are appreciated.Thank you,

I have checked your form and it seems you're using conditions to send your autoresponder email.
May we know which condition/email is not receiving the autoresponder email?

Hey Richie,
In just having you say that much about the conditions being set I was able to figure it out and set conditions for all of the options to "what kind of charge" and then also made that question required.
