we are not recieving completed forms on our email

    we are not recieveing the completed forms from test completion of our form they are not being caught in spam.

    the url is

    they should be sent through to

    Hi Niall,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I have tested if JotForm was able to transmit the email submissions to your email address and it seems to be working fine.

    At this point, it may also help that you contact your system administrator (person or group administering your email system) regarding this issue so that they can also start investigating on their end.

    Hi Jotform support

    please see reply from It support from the company that the forms are recieved intermitently this could be a bug? maybe.

    'The problem appears to be that the ones supposed to be going in to Cavanagh’s account aren’t even being generated.  We don’t see any emails coming in after the form has been processed.  The screen we use to track and get visibility of inbound and outbound emails is very clear and simple.'

    Whilst in test mode i can recieve forms notification into personal home email but not to cavanagh account

    Hi,

    Like what my fellow supporter said, the mail logs confirm that the emails were sent to the email address <yourchoice@cavanagh.co.uk>. Also, you mentioned that you have received a copy of the email to your other email address.

    This is most likely a problem with the mail server on that particular email address. The logs on our end show that the delivery was successful and that everything on our end is fine. However, you can still double check by adding another email to the recipient of your email alerts. This is just to reiterate the fact that the failure of receipt of the email is on canavagh.co.uk's side.
