    Hi @avatar87,

That token is what helps to allow our integration to connect to your account in salesforce otherwise it won't work. For the SalesForce Integration to work properly you have to go into your SalesForce Account and generate the security token.

To obtain it go to salesforce and while logged in look at the top navigation bar then go to Your Name > Setup > Personal Setup > My Personal Information > Reset My Security Token. I added the link below that might help as well.

    Guide: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=user_security_token.htm&type=5

Here is a basic guide for SalesForce integration: Flexible-Data-Integration-With-Salesforce

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you

    Hi @avatar87,

I assume you were referring to this website: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/popular?

Jotform is not directly among the Apps but I see that if you searched it will recommend Zapier instead. It is because Zapier can be used also in Integration with Jotform. Yes, the integration should work with the essential plans.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you

    Hi @avatar87,

I do apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing. I do have to also apologize but I misspoke about the edition you were using works with the integration. I was doing some more research found out that Salesforce Integration only works with the Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer or Performance editions. I found this article below and the editions not allowed are Professional and Essentials.

    Link: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000326486&type=1&mode=1

Unfourtantly, what this means is you would need to upgrade your Salesforce edition for this integration to work. So I do apologize again about my mistake.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you.
