When I try to check my inbox, it crashes. It crashes with Chrome and with Microsoft Edge. Please see attached screenshot, if needed. Thank you.

Your form is encrypted, does the issue happen after or before uploading the key to decrypt the data?

This happens before on Chrome, and after on Microsoft Edge. Either way, I can't see my inbox.

If you have the private key file, please try clearing your browser's cache. After that, try accessing the link you provided:
https://www.jotform.com/inbox/72215491167153
It will then ask you to re-upload the private key to access the submission.
Please try that and let us know how it goes.

yes. that worked. I had to wait about 15-20 minutes, kept telling Chrome to wait for the malfunctioning web page, but it worked. I didn't even have to update the key. Thank you.
