how do i send completed form to my inbox

    Do you mean the email that is sent to you with the form data in when someone has submitted a form?

    If so, you need to go to the Setup & Embed tab and click on the Email Alerts icon.

    You'll then be able to create your notification email, there are two screens, one to set up the fields you wish to be sent to you, and another to set up the email addresses (Reply-To and Recipient Settings) The field bottom right of this form is where you need to input your email address for the form data to be sent to you.

    If you wish the data to be sent to more than one recipient you can do that too by separating the email addresses with a comma.
