Can I email responses and search by field?

Hi,

I have a customer I'm building a website for. He needs web visitors to be able to fill out a form embedded on his website, sometimes multiple times, and save the data without overwriting previous responses. 

If someone fills out a form and it saves into JotForm, can he search by the person's name? Or another submission (he provides products for boats, so like by boat name?)

And can he email the results to both the client and to his sales staff?

Does it have any features that convert to PDF and email a copy...?

Or can it just email the answers...?

He also needs to create/update a contact in a CRM upon form submission. Possibly Infusionsoft/Keap or Active Campaign. Can it do this?

He needs web visitors to be able to fill out a form embedded on his website, sometimes multiple times, and save the data without overwriting previous responses. 

They can indeed submit the form multiple times and this will not overwrite the previous data, this will generate a new submission with the new data.

It's also possible to create a report which can be also shared with anyone and it supports the searching feature, here is a guide with the available report types you can create on JotForm: https://www.jotform.com/help/326-How-to-Create-Form-Reports-in-JotForm 

You can type anything in the search box and it will retrieve the submissions where that string is present.

You can set up email notifications and email autoresponders on your form, both support to include the PDF report of submission as an attachment.
