I was not told that the sub-user is no longer available

    yes my comment is what a bunch of 'bait and switch'!!! i purchased a subscription and wasnt told the sub user function was no longer available. great! thanks for such wonderful customer service. you pay for a service then they tell you the terms....? sound like a great business model.

    Our apologies for the confusion.

    We have removed the sub-user from our pricing page for new users, so I wonder if you see this option which made you decide to upgrade. If you have an old account with Jotform, which I cannot find, the sub-user maybe available there so you may consider using that account. If not, the following are your workarounds:

    1. To allow others to edit your forms, you can have them the collaboration link:

    2. To share the submissions page, you can have them the Grid Listing report:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/105-How-to-create-a-Grid-Listing-report
