I keep getting error messages such as the attached image

    I keep getting error messages and this is frustrating. I'm trying to set up an order form to allow 3 products with multiple quantity selections. The quantity is discounted for bulk ordering. I'm forced to set up with only PayPal Standard while all other fields are ghosted and unable to select. I go through the process to set the form up, I preview the form to test it and an error message pops up. I don't know what IPN Relay URL is and if it needs to be filled in. I've included screenshots of the issues. Please help as soon as possible preferably with live chat please. Thank you.

    That's the Unique Submission limit enabled in the form. You have to disable that to allow multiple submissions from the same IP/Network/device/browser. Please refer to the following guide:

    Select "No Check" option.
