We have 31 responses to our online pledge form for our church. However, only about 20 of those have resulted in an email being sent to our church administrator. We have had to check responses on your website to make sure we're not missing any.

It is probably that your mail host is filtering some messages due to "fake" senders on them. I would like to recommend you to set a real sender email - firstname.lastname@example.org on your email notification, there is a chance that the problem will be solved with this option.
