    Hi there,

I used jotform to run a photography competition that has now closed.

I was wondering if there was a way to import the submitted photographs into a new judging form to allow for ‘blind judging’? I’ve started to set this up, after downloading the entries, but it is a slow process. I’m hoping there is a way to bulk/ batch upload function that would allow me to set up this form quickly?

    thanks!

It is possible to import submissions into your form. You can download the submissions from your other form and import it to another form. Make sure to follow the suggested format to avoid issues. Here's a step by step guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/308-Import-App-Easily-Import-Your-Excel-or-CSV-Data-into-JotForm

Thank you for the fast reply, however, I can't seem to get the images to upload. They are linked in the CSV data file and do not appear when imported.

I would like to bulk upload the submitted images only, in order to create a form like this:

    Thanks again

I presume that the multiple images were uploaded in the original form using the File Upload field, right?

Unfortunately, if you uploaded or inserted a picture or image using this field and to the excel or CSV file, it will not be imported, since there's a template that you need to follow so that the data will be imported correctly.

Here's an example, this is my form: https://form.jotform.com/92378614942971. It has a File Upload field and option set to upload 10 files.

Also in the Import Data App, you'll see that there's no dedicated template or format for the File Upload field.

What you can do now, is to try using the Drag and Drop upload widget, which allows you to drag and drop images and also preview the same.

Else you will have to manually upload the downloaded images into your new form.
