My forms keep disappearing

I have created two forms on your site, but each time I log in, I get an empty folder of My Forms. Is there another way to locate my previous forms?

I checked your account and could see the two forms in your My Forms page.

Probably, you are getting logged off from your JotForm account and that is why you are not able to view the forms. Please check your internet connection and try logging in using an incognito window of your browser.
