Trying to upgrade to Bronze - website won't respond

    Hello. I am urgently trying to upgrade to a BRONZE subscription but the website isn't responding when I click Upgrade (literally nothing happens). Can you please help me do this ASAP.

    Please try to upgrade from the Upgrade/ Billing page on your account. I tested the Upgrade page on your account and it is working properly.

    You can also try to use some other browser or device. 

    I also saw that you deleted several submissions. For some reason, the Upload Storage Space was not automatically recalculated after you deleted the submissions. I recalculated your Upload Storage Space and you are account was re-activated.
