Submissions Deleted but not Removed

    Yesterday and today I deleted all the submitions in all my formularies but the submition counter don´t show this update.

    I want to prevent any problem with the new data in my forms in the next days.

    Can you support me please

    Hi Leonidas,

    The submission counter resets to 0 every month. You cannot do anything to reset your submission counter. Please wait until it automatically resets. You can upgrade if you wish for more submission limit.

    Hi Glenlee,
    Wich is the cute date for release the submitions?, I updagre some weeks ago
    to reach enough espace but the limit is close to be reached.
    What happen if the limit is reached?

    You will have some time to upgrade your account, otherwise the forms will be locked until the first day of the next month.

    If you are going to overlimit only once (this month for example), we can reset your submissions once, but we will not be able to do this the next time.

    If you need to have more that 1000 submissions per month, please consider upgrading your subscription to Economy or Professional one.

    Like Mike_T , we can help you only once in lifetime, this means that if next month a form within your account gets close to the limit, you will need to upgrade to the next plan

    I have now reset the counter to 100 submissions
