want to edit a form dont like the cover

    the cover url below says
    Training Signup Form
    Sign-up for a training course using this form. Payment integrations can be used to get paid via PayPal or one of the other payment gateways.
     
    Want it to say
    State of the Mental Sign up form 
    Sign up and lets have a conversation 
    The rest of the content is fine

    I inspscted your form but I was not able to find the text you provided. Where exactly is the text you provided shown? Can you please provide us a screenshot?
