Can I save a form and then reaccess it to add more details?

    I would like to create a form where the employee fills in their thoughts and then, in a meeting, the line manager comments on the employee's input.  That means I need the form to be accessed by the employee, saved, and then reaccessed by the line manager on a different day.

    You can create a form for your employee, he/she fills it and submits. Then the manager can edit that submission:

    And fill the fields that you can insert (long text field for example):

    That you can make hidden so they are not visible for the employee.
