Is it possible to have Jotform download a PDF of the completed form once finished?

You can setup to receive a PDF attachment on your e-mail after the form is submitted. So, you will have a PDF file with the submission data.  You can also attach a PDF file to the autoresponders, which your users will receive.

In order to attach a PDF file, first you should click on the pencil icon of the notification. Then you should go to Advanced and click on the PDF attachment button. You can check and follow this guide:
