Despide of we have paid the price for upgrading our plan from premium to economy, forms are still disable. How can it happen? Is there any activation time for this?
Could you please help us immediately?

i can't understand, what a rush? why did you shut down the forms? also your fault...
Forms stay, you collect data and information, keep them in a few days. Then if we pay the money then you send the collected data, else you keep or delete or whatever you want...

We are not sure what has caused the automated upgrade to not work. It must be a problem on our end since we made changes on our pricing page recently. We're terribly sorry about this.
