When the jotforms are emailed, there are many lines of information missing.

Hi @absolutedigitalinc,
I assume that you're referring to the PDF attachment for this form: 91652588432464. As checked in the PDF Editor, fields are being populated with the submission data. And as expected, you should be receiving the PDF copy with the submission data in it.
Can we make a few test submissions on your actual form and include our email in the notification recipient list? In that way, we could replicate the issue on our end.
Please advise.
