Urgent, please help! Can I change payment type without losing work?

Hello, the form I made was set to a payment type "ECheck" which I assumed I could change after inputting all my information, but it seems that is not the case? Please help! Sorry for the urgent request but I was asked to complete this by today. 

We don't even necessarily need payment info on our sheet, but if its absolutely necessary we can do paypal or just a basic credit card form (our business has our own credit card forms which we were going to send separately from this form)

If there's a need to change the payment gateway to use such as PayPal, unfortunately, you need to create new products.
