Hello, I took a look at your form and from what I can tell there is a problem occurring with our service as you've mentioned since the image did not come through for me either. Because of this I am escalating this issue to bring to the attention of our development team.

Yesterday active development process was going on e-signature at the time you wrote this message. I think it should work properly now, could you try again and please let me know if you face any problem.

On behalf of my testing ... I'd like to update you that this doesn't work ... tell your colleagues that
I bet the test form you tried it on you just created a default email and didn't change a thing. This is the only scenario that delivers the signature ... like so
But hey ... just when you thought everything was great ..... try making a single edit like adding Hi to the notification email ...
So ... it doesn't work does it .. nothing has changed (except some link which no one wants) as per this thread I posted on February 21st
You would not believe how many times I've tested this ***** email problem and found it doesn't work.
I don't mind flagging a problem ... but this is just becoming a farce

Thank you mark for your input on this issue. I've additionally gone ahead and made a further status update note about the information you've provided for our developers to see and as far as I know the problem is being worked on and will be corrected as soon as possible.

I just ran another test for the eSignature Field and it appears to be working properly now. Please see image below -
What I found was that I forgot to " allow the image to be displayed " and I have noticed that because of spamming alot of email hosts have now allowed the choice of whether or not to allow image to be displayed by choice. This leads me to believe that the eSignature Field may have been working correctly beforehand but I forgot to click the " Display Image Below " button in google when viewing my email of the Signature. I tried this with both noreply and email as the sender and it is working fine from my end now.

Mmm ... this isn't the email created by default is it? The one that we know delivers the signature .. as advised clearly above and in a million other places over the last month ?
Just to reassure me ... would you do the same again but edit the existing notification email by popping Hi at the top of the email.... or change anything for that matter
Then try it again ... and tell me you get the signature ... we will have moved forward ...
Also ... how do you explain that the jotform image is displayed by the email .... but the signature image is not ...

I was able to reproduce the issue when using webmail (i.e. gmail)
I enabled the 'Display Images' but the signature was still not render on the email body. But the JotForm logo did.
BUT I can confirm was only for autoresponder email. The default Notification Email work fine.
You can try my test form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/30787109024957 Use the email field for autoresponder.
I will mention this on the current ticket.
