Unable to login - Account Suspended

    I originally signed up through google login and when i click it and go through the process it doesnt login just returns to login screen. I tried resetting password and now it just says invalid password

    Hi Jens,

    As checked, your account has been auto-suspended by our system as it detected that your form: SYPHER RENTAL AGREEMENT, contains plain text fields asking for Credit Card information. It is considered as phishing and violates our Terms of Use.

    You agree that Jotform, Inc. may terminate your Jotform Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

    We can reactivate the account but we need to delete the infringing fields and let us know that you agree with our Terms of Use.

    Its not phsying the point of this form is to have a credit card on file for
    accidentals for a rental agreement, I cant do that?

    Please, do note that you need to add a payment integration to your form, asking for credit card info through File Upload and textbox goes against our terms and your account was suspended due to that.

    With payment integrations, you could collect payments and there are some of them that will allow you to charge them in a later date, to get more info you could take a look on this guide:

You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use the best security practices of Jotform, Inc. including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

    If you want to collect the Driver's Licence to your form, you must also add the Signature and the Terms widget in order to comply with our policy. This is required in order for the users to agree to your terms and sign them when they provide such information.
