Smooth Signature widget slow to respond

Smooth signature widget is not loading and slow. Please check

May we know in which Form this widget is slow to load? In which device the widget is not working? Have you embedded the Form on any website, if yes please let us know the URL of the website?

In which device the widget is not working? From two different places, from office (Android tablet) and home (Mac-chrome browser)

I have to temporary cloned both forms and replaced the smooth signature widget with E Signature widget.

May we know the Android version of your tablet? Tested my sample form with my iPhone and the smooth signature widget seems to be working correctly at my end. Tested both the forms you have shared and the signature fields are working correctly.

Can you please try updating the widget?

Click on the Widget Settings(wand icon) then General>Update

The loading of the widget is much better today. I think we can leave it for now, this problem could be due to system or network busy across regions (we are in Malaysia). We will monitor from now before switch back to this widget.

Are the forms and widgets located in separate servers or DC? The forms are loaded perfectly ok.
