    Is there a widget that allows sending notifications of sending and receiving on the phone? via sms or whats app?

    Hello,

    If you are using a smartphone, you can download Jotform Mobile App where you would receive notifications to your phone as well as being able to view the submissions. The app is available both in IOS and Android stores.

    Please check this page to learn more about the mobile app and what you can do with it;

    https://www.jotform.com/products/mobile-forms/features/

    If you would like to receive the notifications in SMS format; you can also alter email notifications to send you an sms text rather than an email. If you are interested, please check this thread;

    I hope this helps.

    Unfortunately, we do not have a built-in feature to send SMS notifications.  To receive the confirmation in the phone as a text message you can use your mobile number followed by carrier email service. Your mobile network carrier should be able to send the email.

    You may change the email notification recipient in the form of phonenumber@carrier.domain.

    Please take a look at these useful links:

    Also, you can install the mobile app to receive the notification on the phone.

    Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.
