How can I recieve notifications to my phone?

Is there a widget that allows sending notifications of sending and receiving on the phone? via sms or whats app?

If you are using a smartphone, you can download Jotform Mobile App where you would receive notifications to your phone as well as being able to view the submissions. The app is available both in IOS and Android stores.

ah no sorry, I mean:

example: I am a customer, I fill out the form, instead of receiving the confirmation only on the email, can I receive it on the phone?

Unfortunately, we do not have a built-in feature to send SMS notifications.  To receive the confirmation in the phone as a text message you can use your mobile number followed by carrier email service. Your mobile network carrier should be able to send the email.

You may change the email notification recipient in the form of phonenumber@carrier.domain.
