I’ve had no problem with this in the past, but for some reason, the pdf currently associated with this form is leaving info off.

You may try disabling the options 'Show all field labels on the page' and 'Hide empty form fields' from the customize tab in the PDF editor so that all the fields shall be displayed in the PDF document.

awsaljcReplied on August 28, 2019 at 1:43 PMI’m not sure what you’re talking about. I want all fields that are on my form to appear on the pdf. That is not happening. I’ve never been able to get things to work right ever since you added the custom pdf. It used to be very simple, now a pain in the rear.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I have created a new PDF document for your form enabled with the previously mentioned options and using Side by Side layout. Could you check if the PDF document works for you?

You may try downloading the PDF report and see if all the PDF displaying all the fields. You may then choose the new report in the Email notification.

I have deleted that. I have also verified your email attachment settings. All good. Please do a test and let us know for issues.

awsaljcReplied on September 3, 2019 at 4:43 PMThe form looks good now. However, we are receiving an additional email that has the pdf form attached. We do not want that to happen as the info in the form is secure info. This is why we have it going to our Dropbox, with just an email notifying us that the form was sent to Dropbox. I would appreciate you changing that setting back to what it was, as before, we were not getting that email with the pdf attachment.

I believe we did not change anything other than the PDF Attachment in the notification email. Please send us a screenshot of the additional email that you receive so we can inspect that or forward that email to support@jotform.com.
