Downgrading/upgrading accounts and billing

    Hi! Our PTA runs after-school class registration 3 times a year for 2 weeks at a time, and most likely will add a 4th registration period for lunchtime/recess clubs during the winter. I notice you offer the option of downgrading to a free account but is it OK to do this repeatedly. It seems as though everything is billed annually, so are we able to pay only for 4 months each year if we are on Bronze (nonprofit) during September, November, January and March each year and downgrade to a free account for the other months? Thanks.

    Our pricing also offers a monthly option, so you can indeed upgrade during the desired months and then downgrade back to free.
