    I have replaced all pcs in the company with imac. We're not familiar with mac. All of us are ex-windows users. I was wondering if you can tell me how dropbox file request in jotform works specifically in mac. Hope you can help.

    You can find our Dropbox integration in the Integrations section. This section includes tons of applications and integrations that will boost your performance in data collection process. When you create a from from scratch or use one of the form templates provided by Jotform, you can integrate your form with Dropbox. It will help you to save all form submissions in your Dropbox account. Form submissions will be saved in an automatically-created folder. You can customize this folder as well. Dropbox forms will allow you to keep your form data in an organized matter as well as to share them with your co-workers.

    There is no difference between Mac and PC in terms of integrating your forms with Dropbox. It's the same process. Please follow these steps in order to start Dropbox file request;

    1- Select the form you want to use integration with.

    2- Click on Settings

    3- Select Integrations from the left panel

    4- Search for Dropbox and click Authenticate.

    5- A pop up will show up and you need to allow your Dropbox to integrate with JotForm.

    6- Once you click on Complete Integration, your form submissions will be saved in your Dropbox account.
