Hello,

If we were to upgrade to the $15.83/mo can we then downgrade at any time? If we are able, then can we upgrade again at any time? Would we permanently lose any data?

First of all, please note that the price for the Bronze monthly subscription is $19 per month, not $15.83. You were viewing yearly subscription $190 per year. 15.83 * 12 = 190

You can upgrade and downgrade your account as it fits your needs.

How to Cancel a Subscription and Downgrade Back to Free

Please note that the Free accounts can store up to 500 submissions. If you have more than 500 submissions on a paid account and downgraded it to a Free plan only the most recent 500 submissions will be kept. The other submissions would be removed from the account. The one way to restore the removed submissions would be to re-upgrade the account. 

However, you can always download your data for a backup purpose before you decide to downgrade the account.

Your forms will not be deleted once you downgrade the account. You should also check your other account limits before you decide to downgrade the account.
