Inquiry about collecting payments using Jotform

I'm an educator and

What plan would include these elements?  Also requires Paypal payment.  Also is there an additional fee from you for accepting the payments?

You can sign up for a Free account. All the basic features are available with this Plan and when necessary, you can always upgrade to a paid plan depending on the needs.

You can add payment integration such as PayPal to be able to collect payments. Please refer to this guide on Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm.

We won't be charging you an additional fee from collecting payments. However, there are limits on how many payment submissions an account can receive within a month. For Free accounts, you can only collect up to 10 payments monthly.  

You can upgrade to a Paid plan if collecting more than 10 payments/month is necessary. Please refer to this link to know more about our Plan features and pricing: https://www.jotform.com/pricing/

looking to build a registration form that requires the submitter to upload files with their submission.
