Could you please specify if you would like to use your username and password instead of the Google login? If so, please log out of your account by clicking on your avatar in the top right corner and then on the Logout button:

After that, simply navigate to our login page: https://www.jotform.com/login and log in using your username trinh.huynhsc and your password.
