I want to use jot form but do not have a website. Do I need a website to use jot form? Is there a charge to host my form if I do not have a website? Can I forward my form responses to my email? Or do I log into your site to see form response?

Please respond to this information request. I sent one right before this but use the wrong email address accidentally. This is the correct email

You do not need a website to use JotForm. The forms you create will be stored on our servers and you can share them with your users by providing them a form URL.

You can send them a form URL using your own email client or from our interface.
