Allow multiple people fill out one form entry

    Hello,

I need assistance with creating a form. I need multiple parties to be able to finish one submission. Is there a way to give a form submission a unique key for multiple parties to fill out different sections?

This is possible to email multiple parties with the 'submission edit' link and also use conditional rules in the form. Please take a look at the next guide to get an idea on this:

    Thank you,
    Thank you,
Is it possible to do this if you have “required fields” and multiple pages on the form?

It may depend on your workflow, but in theory, it should be possible. You can show/hide fields, set them as required/unrequired, skip to the specific pages with the conditional logic. For example, when the page is skipped, the user will not see it, so there is no need to fill out the associated required fields.
