How can I Fix the Stripe SCA integration issue?

I have received an email from Stripe that asks me to check for the SDA update for the Stripe plugin if the account was created and used for a partner solution, which is true due to the fact  that I created the account for Jotform use.

Is it possible to solve this before September 14th (that is the deadline Stripe gave me for the update)?

    Thank you.

When SCA goes into effect, a form of two-factor authentication will be required for many online card payments in Europe. Without authentication, many payments will be declined by your customers’ banks. Stripe has designed new foundational payments APIs to help businesses handle this change and take full advantage of any SCA exemptions.

You will need to update your payment flows and your Stripe integration to prepare for SCA, and the process will depend on your current payment flows and integration.

Please have in mind that this change is happening on Stripe's side. This means that it will affect your form. Payment integration set up is going to stay the same, however, you may need to change obtain the new foundation payment APIs to integrate the form with Stripe.

    I hope this helps.

    Thank you for the answer.

Still I haven’t understood how to solve the issue. I wrote to Stripe and they told me that the issue is in the jotform integration and that the update must be made on jotform side.

Can you explain me step by step how can I fix this ? Thank you

    Hi @stebrigli,

Our developer's team has been working on Stripe Strong Customer Authentication. Per our developers, our Stripe integration is ready for PSD2. There are some issues on Subscription feature but others are done.

There will be no change in terms of user experience so you cannot test it now until 14th Sept.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you
