Screen goes balnk when try to verify the Captcha field.

We have had a few donors who are having issues with the captcha's on our forms.  they say they hit the check box and the screen goes white and they have to put their info in again.  

I can't find any failed transactions for the person who just called.  Can you help me understand why they are having issues.

I am not able to replicate the issue on your form 91915273397164. I was able to verify the Captcha without any problem.

Could you please confirm you are referring to the same form? Also, have you embedded the form on any website? If yes, please share the URL of the web page.

It seems this is the https://healthnetworkfoundation.org/donate-now/donation-in-honor-of-rick-wiedemer as there is no form on the other link. And this is the form that was embedded 92164499415162.

I am not able to replicate the issue on the embedded form as well.

Could you please tell which browser you are using? Also, please remove all the code that you used to embed the form and re-embed it using the code below:
