forms vs dowloadable forms

Good afternoon. A mutual friend has introduced me to your site. I love it! However, I have a few questions. The first time I started using your site I created a new form that was very generic. I have added some sections, deleted some sections and even tried to add downloadable forms such as W-2 etc.

Yesterday, I was looking through other parts of the website and noticed a form template under Employment titled Employment Application Form> Job Application Forms. What caught my eye was the image at the top.

Is there a way to take the information I have already created in the generic form and use the eye catching template?

It is not possible to apply a template to a form that has already been created. You can follow this guide to use one of the templates you liked to create a new form: How-to-Use-Form-Templates. However, you can change the Themes for your current form: How-to-Apply-a-Theme-to-Your-Form. Let us know if you have any questions!
