Notification email not sending

    Hello, I'm having issues with a notification email.


    This form is to be submitted to an email address based on the users answer.

    The completed form is sent to that email address, where they review the pre-populated submission and then if all info is correct, they select Yes or No from a section collapse. If they select Yes and submit, it is supposed to go to a predesignated email address.  I have tried everything I can think of but cannot get second email to send to final group.


    Please help!

    Hi @roycondell!

    To get that second email to send, please edit the Contract notification by clicking on the orange Pencil icon>Advanced tab and set Send on Edit to YES. Click the green Save button at the bottom.

    You should now be able to receive the second email after editing the submission. Please let us know if you have any questions.
