Can you clarify for me please, does the upload limit pertain to the number of forms uploaded? Or is it the files stored? Meaning if I delete submissions stored in my account does it make rooms for more upload space?

I am asking because I got a message that I have to upgrade or loose my account by tomorrow.

    Thanks,

    Marci

    Hello,

Our free plans allow a total submission limit of 100 submissions per month. Once this limit is reached; that is, once you receive up to 100 submissions on your account, the "form over quota" message will be displayed and you will not be able to take any more submissions until the next month (reset day is the first day of every month). For upload limits, the free plan is allowed to receive up to 100MB submission data. Once this limit is reached, you may consider deleting some of the submission data to create space for more submissions.

On the other hand, all-time submission storage gets maxed out at 500 submissions. It is advised that you download your submission data as Excel/CSV/PDF because further submissions may lead to some losses in the previous submission. This means that as more submissions are received, there would be a displacement of older submission details.

You can consider upgrading to one of our paid plans to continue enjoying seamless submissions with higher limits.
