I am trying to encrypt my form, however, it asks me to provide a passwo

I am trying to encrypt my form, however, it asks me to provide a password before creating a key. Do you now what password it is referring to? I tried my account password but it says that is wrong.

It doesn't pop up with the create person key or generat key option, it just goes stright to asking me to provide a password.

Please note that when you enable encryption in your form, you need to first provide your account password. Only after you input your account valid password, you will be able to enable encryption and download key file. Please check the screenshot below:

Are you sure that you are using correct account password? It seems you are not logged in to your JotForm account. Please login to your JotForm account and then try to enable encryption again.
