    Hi,

I have create a jotform that the same field types. (atlete's name, age, weight, gender).

In case somebody would enroll mulitiple atletes, I would like to see the enrollments in the same column. Now, the excel generates mulitiple columns spread over one line. Is it possible that all atletes appear in the same column in stead of having a column atlete1, atlete2, etc

You may consider using a Form Calculation widget on the form to merge the fields so that it can be displayed in a separate column with combined data. Please refer to the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/268-How-to-Insert-Text-or-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic

Alternatively, you may consider using Input Table field with Multi-type Columns input type or configurable list widget.
