One of my forms keeps getting disabled

    Please help. I have two forms on Jotform.

    The first one I created "Carnect Contact Us" repeatedly get it's status set to disabled and goes offline on my web site.

    Can you tell me what's going on? If I enable the form, some seconds later it gets automatically disabled again...

    The other form does not do this.

    The forms are live on my client web site now and I need to resolve this asap!

    Hi Eric,

    I checked your form and saw that you have set your form "Submission Limit" to 5. That means that once the submission crosses 5 the form will automatically get disabled. 

    I have changed your submission limit and you should not have issue of form getting disabled.

    I made the mistake in thinking the submission limit was per user per session!!!
