Form not sending all submissions via email.

Sending screenshot of requested info. The log shows the form was sent. I have not looked into bounces as yet.

I have reviewed your previous thread with complaints about this issue and I apologize for this trouble.

You may wish to understand why you may not be receiving email notifications, and you could try setting up alternative ways of getting notified aside email so that you can have submission notifications come in from different arms.
