Spam caused submission limit issue

Overnight we had a ton of spam entries to our form, which is causing our monthly limit (as a free account) to be maxed.  I've added a captcha to all of our forms this morning, to hopefully avoid this.

Is it possible to get some of those entries "removed" from our limit?  We are a very low volume user and have never came close to our limits before.

Thank you for writing to jotform support.

You can delete the submissions that you feel are spam submissions and then you can get back to us. We will refresh your submissions counter once you delete the same.

I have also checked some of your submissions and so far I do not notice any duplicate IP address. In future, if you don't want multiple submissions to get submitted form a single IP address, you can enable unique submissions and it won't allow users to submit multiple responses from the same IP.

Here is a link to the reference guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form

    Looking forward to your response.

I deleted them earlier this morning. They were from our “Contact Us” form.

I have gone ahead and reset your account's submission counter. Your account will not downgrade.
