dynamic approval process

Is there a way to formulate an approval workflow process that is dynamic(conditional) based on who need to approve tied to who submitted then a final destination ones submitted for order? For some reason the workflow that you all integrate with is stuck behind our firewall and we cannot use in on our campus.

Can you please let us know the issue you are experiencing with your firewall? Is it blocking any of the notification emails that are being sent? Our approval workflow is based on conditionally sending notification emails containing the submission Edit link after the form is filled out by the initial respondent. The person approving receives the email and edits the submission by adding a signature or a checkmark. Multiple people can receive the Edit link. Once all of the signatures or checkboxes are filled, the final order email can be sent out.
