How to switch form to full screen?

How do I switch my form to full screen?  When I click on the button in settings it will not let me do so.

Is your form embedded to any webpage?

Also, please note that the "full screen" feature only works in the CARD FORMS layout. I checked your form and the layout of your form is CLASSIC.

ok thank you.  is there a phone number I can call to make sure I have this set up correctly.  I filled out my form twice online and clicked the submit button and just keeps saying "please wait" and I never get an email stating that the form was filled out.

Can you please share with us the link to your webpage so we can check and test it on our end?

Also, please try to embed your form using the iFrame method and see if that will fix the issue.

 I switched it to the iFrame method and that worked.   Thank you.
