Hello,
I was able to integrate JotForm with Monday.com, but it seems as if I have a form that is completed partially by one party, then sent to another party to complete the rest, the information is not getting transferred to Monday.com. Can you assist me with this problem? Thank you.

Hi @etessami,
Please try updating the integration and enable this feature:
In that way, every time you edit the submission, the record on monday.com will be updated too.
Please try that and let us know how it goes.

This doesn't work. The "update" button adds an update in the left most "item" column where the conversation bubble is. It does not update the columns across the existing pulse in Monday. It creates an entirely new pulse.

To clarify, do you want to edit/update existing data in your Monday.com?
Unfortunately, there is no option for the Monday.com integration to update a task.
Every submission creates a new entry or tasks.
