HIPAA account > Submissions page: Fields are in wrong order comparing to form - changed all of the sudden

    This form has been in use for about 9 months - worked well.  Suddenly, the rows in the submission reports on jotform and downloaded to CSV are out of order.  I have an entire automated system outside of jotform that depends on the order of the output file to match the order of the form fields.  WHAT HAPPENED? 

    It's acting like it's using an old revision - but I don't believe I even had the ordering of the fields the same as they are being outputted.

    I have reports that need to be run for clients. PLEASE HELP ASAP

    7.21, 7.23 ETC ARE IN ORDER ON THE FORM.  BUT NOT ON THE REPORT!

    Since we cannot check your account because of HIPAA, please advise:

    -What is the report you're using?

    -Are you able to replicate the same when creating a new report?

    -Are you experiencing the same issue in submissions page (with wrong order of fields)?

    What is the report:  I am downloading under "submissions" via csv or excel

    Able to replicate.  In the submissions area, the report on your system shows the wrong order. It does NOT match the form. All data in there is now out of order whereas, as of a week ago, the submissions area had the right order.

    Yes - experiencing the same issue in submissions page:  Note one of the headings is "type a question". these is no such heading on any question in the form.  The submission and report is pulling from some older version or worse

    It's pretty clear that an older revision of the form is being accessed the the submissions because things like the order being changed or the name of the question not being completed indicate this - at least in part.

    Another clue perhaps:  In this form I recently change date picker to mini date widget. That value is NOT showing up on the submissions and report.

    Here is a different form - in which I removed the date picker and put the mini date widget in instead. Note that the submission and report does NOT align with the form:  It's titled "Type a Question" rather than what you can see in "build"

    could it be a widget bug that's causing this mess?

    This is not resolved, please give an update asap - causing business problems and wasted time.

    Note that on the form build it says "1.2...." on the report it says "type a question".  See image below

    Unfortunately, we still don't have any updates regarding this issue. I'll contact the developer assigned to this thread and I'll ask for an update. We'll let you know if there are any updates regarding this.
