    Hello again,

To understand and use JotForm offline forms effectively, you may try to follow https://www.jotform.com/blog/how-to-get-work-done-on-the-go-with-offline-forms/

I am positive that JotForm only allows offline forms on the JotForm Mobile Forms. You can try to create with JotForm mobile. You can find our mobile apps on Google Playstore and Apple AppStore.

Please, let us know if you need anything else.

Yes, basically these are the forms that you have created in your account and are filling them in offline mode. So if have integrated Salesforce in your form, after syncing submissions are sent to your JotForm account as well as to the integrated platforms.

Do let us know if you come across any issues.

I still don't understand if the "Starter", "Bronze", "Silver" and "Gold" plans all include offline forms. Please confirm.

In summary, I would like to:

    1. Create a form for offline mobile use based on mapping with Salesforce fields.

    2. Fill in the form offline.

    3. Once connectivity is established, connect and upload data to Jotform platform and Salesforce platform.

    Thank you for your help,

    David

    Hello David,

I still don't understand if the "Starter", "Bronze", "Silver" and "Gold" plans all include offline forms. Please confirm.

Yes, all these plans offer the facility of filling forms in offline mode.

Create a form for offline mobile use based on mapping with Sales force fields.

The form should be created in online mode such that the Sales force integration can be successfully connected. After that you can fill the forms in offline mode.

If you are not using JotForm Mobile forms app, you would need to create a fill-able PDF form. With the fillable PDF form creator, you can now fill out your forms offline from any device, then submit them when you have a connection. Here's a guide on how to create a fillable PDF form: How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form

    Hope this clarifies your query.

    Hello Gerard,

From the first part of your response, I understand that you can:

    1. Create the form online mapping the fields in Salesforce.

    2. Use the Jotform Mobile forms app to access the above form [synchronising online at first to refresh the list of available forms onto the mobile] and fill it in offline mode.

    3. When online, the Jotform Mobile forms app will upload the data into Jotforms and SF.

And from the second part of your response, I understand that it is possible to fill in a form offline without using the Jotform Mobile forms app, but that in this case you must create a fillable PDF form.

Is all the above correct? If so, I don't see why you wouldn't use the Jotform Mobile forms app.

Would it be for users that do not have a Jotform license ie. external users like customers?

Where or how would you submit the PDF form?

    Thanks,
    David

Yes, they are correct. You can also use the JotForm Mobile forms app. You can check this article for more details: https://www.jotform.com/blog/how-to-get-work-done-on-the-go-with-offline-forms/

Would it be for users that do not have a Jotform license ie. external users like customers?

External users (i.e. people who do not have a JotForm license) and internal users can use this app. The forms can be assigned to them to fill up. This article explains, how you can assign forms to users - https://www.jotform.com/blog/use-jotform-mobile-forms-to-assign-forms/.

Where or how would you submit the PDF form?

The PDF form option is used when you are not using the Mobile forms app. The PDF form will be in the same format as the online form with the Submit button. Users can fill the PDF forms on their web browsers or on their desktops/laptops and submit it later when there is internet connection.
