    Hi,

The PayPal invoicing widget seems to have some limitations that I need to avoid if it is going to be useful...

    - cannot change price conditionally based on other Jotform fields

    - invoice says it's from Jotform rather than the company name entered (e-mail name is Jot Form Inc. and subject - Invoice from Jotform Inc.)

    - invoice is not logged in my PayPal invoices on PayPal's end (not trackable)

Is there any way around these limitations? I am growing frustrated with Jotform advertising integrations with services like PayPal and DocuSign that end up being limited to the point of being useless.

    Thank you for your assistance!

All of our payment integration does not support condition-based value in the total amount.

A workaround is to create the condition outside the payment field by using the Update/Calculate Field condition and the Form Calculation widget. Kindly check the guides below:

    How-to-Insert-Text-or-Calculation-into-a-Field-Using-Conditional-Logic
    How-to-Perform-Form-Calculation-Using-a-Widget
    How-to-Assign-Calculation-Value

After that, you can pass the total value (Form Calculation widget) to the payment field. Please take note that the payment type should be "User Defined Amount" or "Collect Donations". You'll see the "Get Price From" dropdown field in the Your Business Details section.
