Is it possible to share a report (the results) with colleagues as a live report and not something that I need to download and send to them.
Is there a way of giving them access to the results of a form, and they can have a link to see the report at any time.
With google drive a person can share a link to a spreadsheet and allow others to view it. Can that be done with jotform?

Hi @Gross_Carolyn,
There are a few options that could meet your requirements.
1. Integrate your forms with Google Drive or Google Spreadsheet integration.
Guide: How-to-Integrate-a-Form-with-Google-Drive
Guide: https://apps.jotform.com/app/google_sheets
2. You are also able to share your forms submission page by selecting the option "Make this page Public" in the Submissions view page. You will be prompted to set a password and you cna then send out the link and the password.
Guide: How-to-Share-Form-s-Submissions-Page
3. Another option is to create a shareable Excel report.

Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Thank you

I am using the new version and options show up on a submission sheet. I don't see a gear with a dropdown box nor an option to "make it public" where do I find that?

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to make the Sheet public. I will escalate this request to our developers. Please note that we canot provide you the exact time when and if this will be implemented. If there is any update we will inform you via this threads.
For now, I can only suggest you to create a report and share it with your colleagues. The reports will contain all form's submissions and will be updated when a new submission is received.

I just notice that the previous reply was posted from the account cgrosscefsewi. I checked and the IP address of both accounts is the same, so I assume that both accounts are yours.
The account cgrosscefsewi is using the new submissions page (JotForm Sheet). It is currently not possible to make the Sheets page public. I raised a feature request to our developers for a possibility to make the JotForm Sheets page public. Once this gets implemented we will inform you via this thread.
The account Gross_Carolyn is using the old submissions page, that can be made public.
How to Share Form's Submissions Page
So if you want to share submissions from the account cgrosscefsewi, I can only suggest you to create and share reports or to switch back to the old version of the submissions page.

Also, please note that we cannot see your screenshot. The files that are attached inside of an email will not be shown here on the forum. If you want to provide us a screenshot, you need to open this thread and upload it.

Hello @Gross_Carolyn,
We’re writing to let you know that you can share your submissions in JotForm Tables. Just click on the Share button in the header section of JotForm Tables to get started.
There are three privacy options available in the sharing settings. You can make your table public to share your submissions with everyone. You can invite only certain people via the invitation link or email. Or you can allow only those within your company to access the table.
You can also set different roles for the people you invite to private tables, such as read only and collaborator.
In the sharing settings, you can set an expiration date for the invitation link. There are also options for showing/hiding the download and print buttons.
View the user guide below to get more information about the sharing features in JotForm Tables.
