Notification does not attach the correct PDF template sometimes

    Sometimes the PDF template we have selected for the email notification, it seems to revert to the jotform old one that looks very basic. 

    Any way to stop that from happening?

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. Are you still experiencing the issue?

    Could you let us know if we can send a test submission to the form to test it from our end?

    I have also cleared your form caches in an attempt to fix the issue. Please let us know if the issue occurred and kindly list the submission ID of the submissions where the issue occurred.

    Hi Daniel,

    I have cloned your form and made a test submission but was not able to replicate the issue. So, I think this temporary issue has been fixed now:
