Hello Jotform,
We just received this message from an applicant to our program and we are wondering if you might have a solution or understand why he is receiving the message "Please Wait" when he goes to submit the form.

Here is his message:
I am currently going through the process of applying for Transform next year - I have fully completed the application however when I go to submit it on the final page the button is stuck on "Please Wait" indefinitely.

I performed a test submission on your embedded form. However, I am not able to replicate the issue. The form got submitted and I can see the Thank You page.
I believe the issue might be with the user's browser. Could you please ask the user to try with a different browser? If the issue still persists, please ask the user to share a screenshot of the console report.

I meant, please ask the user to send the screenshot of the console errors.

Also, is the user still facing the issue even after trying with a different browser?
